| عمل نظام متكامل لتقنية المعلومات بالمنظمة وتفعيله للمساعدة في سرعة حفظ وتشغيل واسترجاع المعلومات وتوفير البيانات اللازمة للإدارة العليا للمتابعة والتقييم واتخاذ القرارات، والعمل على رفع كفاءة البنية الأساسية للنظام الموجود في المنظمة للوفاء باحتياجات الادارات والانشطة المختلفة، وتنفيذ المهام الادارية والمهام الفنية لضمان كفاءة انظمة الكمبيوتر والاتصالات والأجهزة التقنية وإيجاد الحلول المبتكرة للمشكلات التقنية التي تواجه المنظمة والعاملين فيها بسرعة وكفاءة وفقا للسياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة بالمنظمة . To establish an integrated information technology system in the organization and activating it to help in maintaining, operating and retrieving information and providing the necessary data for the senior management for follow -up, evaluation and decisions, and working to develop the efficiency of the infrastructure of the system in the organization to fulfill the needs of different departments and activities, and implement administrative tasks and technical tasks to ensure the efficiency of computer and communications systems and technical devices. Finding innovative solutions to the technical problems facing the organization and its workers quickly and efficiently in accordance with the policies and procedures approved by the organization. | Job Summary |
| 1) Setting protocols to use information technology in various departments and projects in the organization. 2) Providing advice on the most appropriate IT options for the organization. 3) Providing technical support and training for the available systems and networks in the organization. 4) Determining development requirements based on the study of the organization’s needs, and setting the necessary plans to achieve the required development. 5) Monitoring the operation of the applied systems, evaluate their efficiency, supervise the analysis of the needs of the departments used for these systems, and to develop plans for securing these needs. 6) Determine the specifications of alternative solutions, necessary additions and updates, and study their technical and economic feasibility. 7) Study and analyze the problems in operating the systems used and develop radical solutions to prevent their recurrence and present them to management and supervise their implementation. 8) Follow up the efficiency of the work of computers, the information network, printing devices, and scanning, and verify their suitability for all the requirements. 9) Maintain faults as soon as possible and work to reduce faults to a minimum. 10) Install and create programs and devices (printers, network cards and other different devices) 11) Monitoring system and network performance in the organization. 12) Explore and repair errors and work to restore data. 13) Carrying out maintenance activities, improving performance and preparing backup. 14) Maintaining licenses, reviewing their validity and following up their renewal. 15) Preparing and installing work systems on the used computers. 16) Maintenance of different devices such as (computers, scanners, printers, etc.). 17) Follow up and check the performance of computer hardware units (hard disks, mouse, keyboards … etc.) to ensure outstanding performance. 18) Install programs in specific devices according to specifications and needs. 19) Managing and verifying the validity of the passwords and conforming them to safety standards. 20) Establishing, developing and maintaining internal networks of the organization to improve performance. 21) Protecting and ensuring network security and computer systems. 22) Training and providing guidelines for employees on how to run new programs and electronic devices. 23) Follow up on updating the different versions of the programs and renewing the usage license. 24) Working to increase the efficiency of computers by changing the inputs to higher versions. 25) Follow up and perform errors exploring and fixing them to identify and solve problems by maintaining or replacing equipment. 26) Maintaining repairs records and maintenance schedule for laptops and desktops. 27) Specify the needs of laptops, accessories and desktop devices, as well as network devices and setting their specifications. 28) Direct supervision of the employee email system and solving the problems in the technical aspects. 29) Follow-up and maintenance of the organization’s control system in internal and external cameras. 30) Provide recommendations to purchase new materials that help raise the performance of the organization’s devices. 31) Control contracts, define their technical specifications, and maintain distinguished relations with partners implementing the project’s activities successfully. 32) Participate in the committee to receive technical devices and ensure their conformity with the specifications specified in the purchase request before entering the stores. 33) Prediction of risks and work to reduce technical risks. 34) Preparing the reports required by the administration. 35) Prepare the chronic periodic work plans for the tasks set above, raise and discuss them with the direct official. 36) Preparing periodic completion reports for the tasks specified above, submitting them and discussing them with the direct manager. 37) Coordination with the relevant authorities related to the tasks set above under the supervision and technical support of the direct official. 38) Participate in all meetings related to the tasks above under the supervision and technical support of the direct official. 39) Any tasks assigned to it by the direct official. | Key Responsibilities |
| درجة جامعية لا تقل عن البكالوريوس في مجال تقنية المعلومات أو في مجال مشابه. • A university degree no less than a bachelor’s degree in the field of information technology or in a similar field. شهادات في تكنولوجيا المعلومات تشمل شهادات Cisco و Microsoft (MCSE و MCSA) و CompTIA (A + و Network + و Security +) و CISSP لأمن المعلومات و ITIL لإدارة خدمات التكنولوجيا. • Information technology certificates include CICO, Microsoft (MCSE, MCSA), Comptia (A +, Network +, Security +), CISSP for Information Security and ITIL for technology services management. دورات في تقنيات البرمجة المتقدمة وتطوير الويب وقواعد البيانات والشبكات وأمن المعلومات وإدارة المشاريع في قطاع التكنولوجيا. • Courses in advanced programming techniques, web development, databases, networks, information security and project management in the technology sector. الفهم الجيد للتعامل مع (Firewall, UPSs, Internet Modems ,Backup System). • A good understanding of (Firewall, UPSS, Internet modes, backup system). الخبرة العملية في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات. Practical experience in the field of information technology. متابعة أحدث الاصدارات من برامج وانظمة واجهزة. • Follow up on the latest releases of software, systems and devices. خبرة في مجال إدارة تقنية المعلومات في منظمة لديها مشاريع ممولة خارجيا لا تقل عن5 أعوام. • Experience in the field of information technology management in an organization with external funded projects of no less than 5 years. معرفة في مجال العمل بالمنظمات الإنسانية المحلية والدولية. • Knowledge in the field of working in local and international humanitarian organizations. القدرة على العمل في الظروف الصعبة، والعمل تحت الضغط. • The ability to work in difficult conditions, and work under pressure. التواصل الجيد واتقان اللغتين العربية والانجليزية محادثة وكتابة. • Good communication and mastery of Arabic and English, conversation and writing. احتراف العمل على جميع برامج ميكروسوفت أوفيس. • Professionalism on all Microsoft Office programs. | Qualifications and Experiences |
