رمينا للإغاثة الإنسانية والتنمية منظمة إنسانية وتنموية مستقلة وغير ربحية تعمل على تقديم الاستجابة الإنسانية والتدخلات التنموية للمجتمعات من خلال البرامج والمشاريع والتدخلات التكاملية القائمة على مشاركة أصحاب المصلحة على جميع المستويات لتحقيق أقصى قدر من الأثر
مضمون الدعوة:
تدعو رمينا للإغاثة الإنسانية والتنمية الموردين ومقدمي الخدمات والمقاولين ذوي الخبرة والإمكانية والمرخصين من الجهات المعنية ولديهم الرغبة بتقديم طلبات ابداء الاهتمام في التسجيل بقوائم الموردين لتوفير مجموعة متنوعة من السلع والخدمات في المجالات التالية:

الوثائق المطلوب تقديمها:
- خطاب طلب التسجيل في قوائم الموردين
- ملف تعريف (معلومات تفصيلية حول المنتجات /السلع / الخدمات التي تقدمها، معلومات عن الجهات التي تم التعامل معها مسبقاً…….وغيرها).
- صورة السجل التجاري سارية المفعول.
- صورة البطاقة الضريبية سارية المفعول.
- صورة البطاقة الزكوية سارية المفعول.
- صورة رخصة مزولة المهنة سارية المفعول
- وثائق إثبات خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين
- أي وثائق داعمة أخرى.
شروط وملاحظات هامة:
- هذه الدعوة لتقديم طلبات ابداء الاهتمام فقط وغير ملزمة منظمة رمينا للإغاثة الإنسانية والتنمية بإنزال أي مناقصات أو اصدار أي عقود للشركات/المؤسسات/الموردين الذين عبرت عن رغبتها من خلال التقديم.
- يشترط على المورد الراغب في التسجيل ألا يكون مدرجاَ ضمن القائمة السوداء الصادرة عن الجهات الرسمية أو أدين بواقعة جنائية أو إدارية تمس السمعة والامانة.
- يتعهد أي مورد يرغب في التسجيل وتعبئة استمارة طلب التسجيل بأن كافة المعلومات المقدمة حديثة ودقيقة وليس فيها أي غموض أو تضليل كما يوافق بالسماح للمؤسسة بالكشف عن المعلومات والتأكد منها من أي جهة وفي أي وقت ولأي غرض.
- تعبئة المورد لبيانات التسجيل لا يعني ذلك بأن المؤسسة تقدم ضماناً أو تتعهد للمورد بأي التزامات تجاهه.
- لن يتم النظر في أي تقديم يخالف طبيعة الترخيص (مثال: التقديم على ادوية + معدات طبية والترخيص معدات طبية فقط)
- لن يتم النظر في أي تقديم بعد انتهاء الموعد المحدد في هذا الاعلان.
- أخر موعد للتقديم في هذه الدعوة للتسجيل في قائمة الموردين: يوم الخميس الموافق: 52 /اكتوبر/2023م

Ramina Humanitarian Relief and Development is an independent, non-profit humanitarian and development organization that works to provide humanitarian response and development interventions to communities through programs, projects and integrative interventions based on the participation of stakeholders at all levels to achieve maximum impact.
Content of the invitation:
Ramina Humanitarian Relief and Development invites suppliers, service providers and contractors with experience and capabilities, licensed by the relevant authorities and willing to submit requests for expressions of interest in registering on supplier lists to provide a variety of goods and services in the following areas:
- Office Furniture
- Home furniture
- School furniture

- Solar energy systems and services
- Foodstuffs – food baskets
- Livestock (sheep)
- Agricultural seeds
- Agricultural tools

Documents required to be submitted:
- A letter requesting registration in the supplier lists
- A profile (detailed information about the products/goods/services you provide, information about entities you have previously dealt with…etc.).
- A copy of a valid commercial register.
- A copy of a valid tax card.
- A copy of a valid Zakat card.
- A copy of a valid diarist’s license
- Documents proving no less than two years of experience
- Any other supporting documents.
Important terms and notes:
- This invitation to submit applications is for expressions of interest only, and Ramina Humanitarian Relief and Development Organization is not obligated to issue any tenders or issue any contracts to companies/institutions/suppliers that have expressed their interest through the application.
- The supplier wishing to register must not be included in the blacklist issued by official authorities or convicted of a criminal or administrative incident that affects reputation and integrity.
- Any supplier who wishes to register and fill out the registration application form undertakes that all information provided is current and accurate and does not contain any ambiguity or misleading. He also agrees to allow the organization to disclose and verify the information from any party, at any time, and for any purpose.
- The supplier filling out the registration information does not mean that the organization provides a guarantee or undertakes any obligations towards the supplier.
- Any application that violates the nature of the license will not be considered (for example: applying for medicines + medical equipment, and the license is medical equipment only).
- No submission will be considered after the deadline specified in this announcement.
- The deadline for submission in this invitation to register on the supplier list: Thursday, Oct/25/2023 AD.
